Who we are
This website is run by English Cafe The Training Hub LLP (LLPIN AAT-4010), Third Floor, Manal Center, Kozhikode, Kerala 673004.
What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. When you start the free level test from our pop-up, we collect your name, WhatsApp number and city so we can send your result and contact you about suitable courses. Your browser also remembers that you filled in the form, so the pop-up does not appear again.
Details you send through our pop-up, batch or contact forms are emailed to our admissions team using the FormSubmit service, and used only to reply to you about our courses.
The enquiry form on our contact page is not stored by this website. When you press “Send on WhatsApp”, your message opens in WhatsApp and is sent only if you choose to send it.
When you contact us
If you message or call us, we use your name, number and message only to answer your enquiry and to provide the course you join. We do not sell your details.
The level test
The free level test runs on https://test.englishcafetamil.com/. It asks for your name, mobile number and city so that your result can be sent to you on WhatsApp.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact us on +91 74189 04347 or WhatsApp.
