Refund Policy

We understand that our services may not be suitable for everyone. If you have enrolled and paid for a course but realize that you do not have a basic understanding of English ( Below beginner level), you may be eligible for a refund. This applies only if payment was made through “Upi/Card” payment methods.

To be eligible for a refund, please reach out to us via email at englishcafeinfo@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of your payment. Refunds will not be issued for any other reasons or if you have started using our course materials.

Refund Conditions:

• Only applies to payments made via “Upi/Card”
• Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment.
• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
